Horizontal Bus End to Ground Rod

CC-HA type moulds are used for Parallel through connection of horizontal cables. Run conductor is on the beside of the moulds.

CC-HF type moulds are used for Parallel through connection of horizontal cables. Run conductor is on the bottom of the moulds.

CC-TH Type Moulds are used for horizontal "T" stranded cable connections.

Cleaning Tools (CTKA)

Peyunia Supply Exothermic Welding Kits includes all the welding components typically used during welding construction. They are included: conductor cleaning brush, safety goggles, plastic tool box, spare flints, sealing putty, safety gloves, mould cleaning brush, minor burn kit, flint igniter, safety apron (leather), earth rod driving cap (M16), handle clamp (cathodic protection), handle clamp (for type D moulds), handle clamp (fortype E/F moulds), mould scraper (to suit C moulds), mould scraper (to suit D moulds) and mould support clamp.

Exothermic Welding Mould Handle Clamp (NHC)

When the termic reaction happened, the mould and connected subject are so hot. So

Exothermic Welding Mould Handle Clamp is required to hold the graphite mould and conductors in place whilst the connection is being made.

Scraper Tools (SCP)

The Mould Cleaning Scrapers are used to clean the slag from the moulds that are notsplit through the crucible.

Mould Handle Clamp (PHC)

When the Media reaction happened, the mould and connected subject are so hot. So Exothermic Welding Mould Handle Clamp is required to hold the graphite mould and conductors in place whilst the connection is being made.

Torch (TFG)

Graphite absorbs moisture. Ignite the propane torch and dry out the inside of the mold thoroughly on both sides, heating the mold to approximately 120 degrees Celsius.

The conductors should be clean and dry before the connection is made too. Use torch to dry wire conductors and remove remaining cleaning residue, solvent, or water before making the "PetWeld" connection.

Copper Wire Change Sleeve

These Sleeves are in a variety of configurations for a multitude of applications.

These Sleeves can be used for changing the size of wire to make adjusted the wire

for a hole size of a mould.

Exothermic Welding Powder (C & SC)

Exothermic Welding, also known as “thermit welding” or “aluminothermic welding” is a welding process for permanently joining materials (usually copper conductors) that employs the exothermic reaction. An exothermic reaction requires no external heat or power source, reactant powders and a spark is all that is needed for the high energy reaction. When a spark first reaches the weld metal it causes the reaction within the weld metal, melting and separating the metals.
